Construction Management & Project Meetings

We tender to our trusted specialist builders. We liaise with the builder and all key stakeholders and hold regular project meetings. Quality and compliance is monitored regularly through site inspections. Staged compliance reports are obtained to ensure compliance is achieved. Slab, frame, lockup, fixing & building completion inspections.

Contract Administration

We review the builders’ progress claims, cost variations, extension of time claims and the administration of Provisional Sums and Prime Cost items

SDA Compliance & Final Certification

From concept design stage through to project completion, we will ensure that SDA inspections and compliance reviews are completed at key construction milestone stages ensuring final SDA compliance certification.

Handover & Defect Management

We work with all consultants to achieve certificate of occupancy and SDA certification. We manage the defects liability period and can provide a specialist disability equipment and furniture package.
